Venue selection – you choose the preferred location and we will source at least three suitable venues in the selected area, within 48 hours of your original enquiry
Site inspection – the venues selected for your approval will have been viewed personally and our professional comments added to the venue details.
Rate negotiation – with our expertise we endeavour to negotiate the best possible rate at the venue. Provisional holds will be put on your shortlisted hotels whilst you make a decision.
Once you’ve decided on your venue, we’ll confirm the booking for you with detailed information about room layout, presentation equipment, dining arrangements and overnight accommodation. We’ll liaise with the hotel on your behalf, taking the stress out of every transaction and ultimately leave you with a fully organised problem free event.
